Our Terms of Service

To provide you the best possible care, Body and Soul Health Center uses a holistic approach. Our approach is personalized for each client and is sensitive to their cultural and religious needs. We assess and evaluate our client’s individual needs, their struggles and areas of improvement. We allow and help our clients to gain skills to better their lives. Our feedback allows our clients to understand, gain confidence and learn the skills to better their lives. We help our clients move past emotional, spiritual, and mental problems to find peace, happiness and success. We provide our clients with tools to improve their emotional wellbeing. We use a “client-centered approach” which puts our clients at the center of their own care. We consider our client’s health, personal needs, culture, family dynamics, and religious practice before implementing a plan of care. 

By signing the Body and Soul Health Center agreement, the Client is consenting to keep all scheduled sessions and to make payments on time. If the client is a minor, the parent(s) is responsible for payments and being involved.

Please note that we take confidentiality very seriously. Under no circumstances we disclose or share the names of our clients with anyone. However, it must be understood that confidentiality does not apply if we determine that you are (i) a danger to yourself or others (ii) unlawful acts such as sexual and/or physical abuse is occurring (iii) we are ordered by a court of law to disclose information.

For Muslim clients we use an approach that integrates Islamic tradition, values and the teachings within Quran and Sunnah of our Prophet (pbuh). We coordinate and consult with scholars and local imams to provide the most accurate information.
